Flex 3 and AIR Pre-release tour

Adobe is planning a road show over the next couple of months to talk about the upcoming release of Flex 3 and the first official release of the Adobe AIR runtime. If you are here in San Diego, you can catch the meeting on January 24th. You can see dates for other cities on the Flex Tour web site.

If you haven't seen Flex or Adobe AIR, you need to take some time out of your schedule and take a look at the technology. Flex provides a desktop quality application experience in a Web-based model. AIR, aka the Adobe Integrated Runtime, is a bridge that allows developers to deploy applications written in Flex or HTML + AJAX as oaccisionally connected desktop applications. AIR is a market disruptor in the desktop application space.
